Our Community & Activities
St Monica’s has a wide variety of parish organisations and activities, engaged in the practical and spiritual life of the parish and the service of others. Below are a list of them and details of who to contact should you be more interested in more information.
Volunteering
We always ask that all parishioners prayerfully reflect on what they can contribute to our parish. We are fortunate to have a number of dedicated volunteers, who use their energy, time, skills and talents to complete all the important jobs that are integral to the life of our parish. CHildren & family
Children and their families form a big part of our Church community - we have Scouts and Guides groups in the parish and encourage families to take part in the variety of activities and organisations that help build lasting friendships and a strong sense of community for our youngest parishioners. OTHer interests
From walking groups, to knitting clubs, we encourage our parishoners to get to know eachother and help build our special community both in and out of Mass. You will find a full list below of all the existing groups that may allow you to develop a new hobby and grow lasting friendships.
